Due to the perishable nature of our authentic Indian meal kits, we do not accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every bite. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, incorrect meal kits, or quality concerns immediately upon receipt of your delivery.

Send an email to our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos.
- 3.Internal Review
Our culinary quality team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine the cause of the issue and ensure it doesn't happen again.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement box at no additional cost.
